Corporate Training

The Career Alchemist has partnered with Mahboba’s Promise, an Australian Non-Profit organisation to deliver corporate training and coaching.

I will work with your business to design and facilitate training and provide coaching to empower your people to be their best. 

 

I am passionate about giving back and making a positive difference in our communities which is why I have partnered with the inspiring Mahboba! 

Bio on Mahboba - MP

Mahboba Rawi came to Australia as a refugee from Afghanistan and is now an Australian citizen. After facing many hardships in her own life, she founded Mahboba’s Promise in 1998 to raise funds and awareness among the Australian community as a way to create a sustainable, self-sufficient future for Afghani women and children.

​

Mahboba’s Promise is dedicated to providing a sustainable future to vulnerable women & children in Afghanistan; with their work expanding to support women and children from refugee and migrant backgrounds in Sydney. 

​

 

 

*50% of all proceeds will go directly to funding local and overseas initiatives.

Choose 1 or more topics to explore throughout the year (e.g. building resilience, empowering females and/or culturally diverse leaders + more) 
 

  • 1 x 45 minute webinar topic of your choice for unlimited staff 
     

  • 3 x 2 hour masterclasses on your topic of choice (6 x hours of learning for up to 25 participants) 
     

  • 3 x 1 hour Group coaching sessions to compliment masterclasses

Gold Package

Choose 1 or more topics to explore throughout the year (e.g. building resilience, empowering females and/or culturally diverse leaders + more)

  • 1 x 45 minute webinar topic of your choice for unlimited staff 
     

  • 4 x 2 hour masterclasses on your topic of choice (1 x per Quarter = 8 hours of learning) 
     

  • 4 x 1 hour Group coaching sessions to compliment masterclasses (1 x per Quarter) 
     

  • 1:1 Coaching with The Career Alchemist for 10 participants; 3 x 1 hour sessions each, over 3-6 months = 30 hours in total

Bronze
